Pet Policy

Cats and dogs welcome! You may have up to two cats or small dogs per apartment home. $25 pet rent per month for one pet, $40 pet rent per month for two pets. Combined weight of pets must NOT exceed 75 pounds.

Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside of the apartment. Pet owners are responsible for picking up and disposing of all pet waste. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. If at any time we believe your pet is bothersome, a nuisance or threat to others, we may require you to remove your pet from the community. The policy described above also applies to dogs belonging to occupants and guests who may be visiting the community or staying with you, even on a short-term or temporary basis. If allowed, fish tanks shall not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported.

The following is a list of all restricted dog breeds; the list applies to both purebred and mixed breeds. Management reserves the rights to deny any dog on the leased premises should the dog resemble any of the breeds on the list below. Management also reserves the right to ask an owner to remove any pet on the leased premises should it show aggression towards any staff member or resident, cause damage to the property or create a nuisance.
